Hook:10,12,14 1x Long hook
Brand: tier's choice
Thread: red 6/0
Eyes: 2 segments joined brass bead chain
Body: yellow chenille
Tail: red fish hair

TYING PROCEDURE:

1.Tie on at eye, wrap to 1/2 shank then back to 1/3 shank to make good thread base.
Tie in bead chain eyes on top of shank with figure 8 and locking wraps.

2. Wrap thread to bend and spiral back to eyes. Tie in tail and wrap back to bend.
Tie in chenille and wrap thread to 1 eye -length back from eye.

3. Wrap chenille to eyes and ‘X’ wrap chenille through eyes with 1 turn in front of eyes.
Tie off chenille, wrap thread head and whip finish.

Fish this fly along shore line, over weed beds and on both sides of weed line, shallow and deep.
This fly is a good prospecting fly.
